Production management system

MePIS MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is a modular software solution that provides a wide range of functionalities, including manufacturing work order management, material control and traceability, material and product labeling, quality management, manufacturing reporting and analytics, material weighing and dispensing, manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and equipment parameter management. It can also be integrated with other analytical MePIS tools (e.g. OPEX, PDM).

MePIS MES can be easily integrated into the existing IT infrastructure, linking to production data sources on one side and the ERP system on the other.

MePIS MES improves the quality and transparency of production and serves as the basis for paperless production and better regulatory compliance. It gives users a complete overview of production anywhere, anytime, using their preferred device (computer, tablet, or mobile).

Work order management

Electronic work order management, including tracking of quantities produced, material consumption, scrap and working hours, with both automatic and manual data collection, as well as reporting deviations.

Workflow management

Digitalized standard operating procedures and technological documentation, supported by photos and videos, enabling assistance and supervision of manual operations.

Production microplanning

Scheduling work orders on a planning board using drag-and-drop functionality, resource planning, automatic operation time calculations and optimization.

Material and product traceability

Tracking of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products by serial number or batch, including scrap, reprocessing, material verification, identification and product genealogy (Track & Trace).

Quality management

Planning and monitoring quality control (SPC) by collecting measurements and production data and utilizing control charts.

Operational excellence

Automatic data collection on machine status with the option for manual input, detection and intuitive classification of failures, and calculation and display of key production performance indicators such as OEE.

Maintenance management

Monitoring asset conditions and generating maintenance tasks, tracking activities, reviewing intervention history, alerting, managing technical documentation and calculating key performance indicators (MTTF, MTTR).

Production recipe management

Storage, processing and transfer of recipes into the production environment, with built-in security components and an audit trail.

Production data management
