RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Considerable investments in research and development (12 – 15% of the annual revenues) are the basis for the competitive offering of the company and enable us to grow in increasingly competitive business environment.

We conduct our research and development activities in a systematic way, within research groups Metronik Razvoj (Metronik Development) and Metronik Trajnostni Razvoj (Metronik Sustainable Development), which are registered at the Slovenian Research Agency – ARRS (no. 6495-001 and 6495-002) and consist of 40 researchers.

Research and development projects are often performed in cooperation with leading academic institutions in Slovenia and Austria. Among them are Jožef Stefan Institute, University of Ljubljana, University of Maribor, Innovation-Development Institute of the University of Ljubljana and Alpen-Adria University Klagenfurt.
