VLT® AutomationDrive FC 301 / FC 302

The FC 301 / FC 302 is Danfoss’ most powerful series of frequency converters, modular in design, suitable for all types of applications – from simple speed control (FC 301) to highly advanced, demanding applications (FC 302).

VLT® AQUA Drive FC202

The VLT® AQUA Drive is a dedicated frequency converter for driving devices used in drinking water and wastewater technology. It contains many dedicated features such as protection against operation outside the intended operating range (burst pipe detection), protection against pump dry-running, “sleep mode” to prevent unnecessary pump operation and cascade control for efficient operation of a group of pumps.

VLT® AAF Advanced Active Filters (Advanced Active Filter)

A highly flexible solution for the cancellation of higher harmonic components. It can be installed centrally for the whole plant or for part of the plant, or individually for each frequency converter. With the use of a suitable transformer, active filters can also be installed in the medium voltage network. Advanced active filters analyze the harmonic situation of the system and compensate for the higher harmonics present. At the same time, they can also compensate for reactive power in the system.

VLT® Soft Start MCD 200

Compact soft-start, with built-in bypass contactor, designed to bridge power thyristor elements after the start-up process. There are two versions: MCD201 with voltage ramp and no motor thermal protection and MCD202 with current-limited ramp and motor thermal protection.

VLT® Soft Start MCD 600

Superior soft-start performance for fixed-speed applications. The built-in bypass contactor ensures extremely high efficiency and harmonic-free operation at full speed, reducing power consumption and cooling requirements. A wide range of communication and various special application cards provide a wide range of application possibilities.
