Certificates
We have maintained a quality management system for all our activities in Metronik d.o.o. since 2002, certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000. This was later upgraded to ISO 9001:2015.
In all phases of the business process—development of system solutions, project execution, service, and maintenance—we strictly adhere to GAMP 5 (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) guidelines when implementing projects in regulated industries.
We also established an information security system in line with ISO 27001, certified in 2022.
In 2024, we successfully completed an environmental management system audit and obtained ISO 14001 certification. This important milestone confirms our commitment to responsible environmental management.
Quality - ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Metronik d.o.o. has implemented a comprehensive quality assurance system. We first achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2002, which was upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 in 2008 and to ISO 9001:2015 in 2015. We ensure quality throughout the business process, from system solution development to project execution, service, and maintenance, following GAMP 5 guidelines in pharmaceutical industries.

Information Security - ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certification
To ensure a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information within solutions and services, Metronik d.o.o. achieved certification for ISO/IEC 27001:2013 in 2022, which was upgraded to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 in 2024.
