Metronik has entered into a strategic partnership with SKAN Group AG, a Swiss-based global leader in aseptic manufacturing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. This milestone marks a significant step in our growth and opens new opportunities in the global Industry 4.0 market. The partnership will accelerate our international expansion, support entry into new markets, and enable collaboration on projects with leading pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
All 160 of our employees remain committed to delivering high value-added solutions, while this collaboration is also expected to create new, highly skilled job opportunities.
Under the terms of the agreement, SKAN will acquire a 76% ownership stake in Metronik, with the remaining 24% retained by the Slovenian founders, who will continue to lead the company. Metronik will maintain its legal headquarters and all key business operations in Ljubljana, and will continue to develop systems/solutions and support users in all areas in which it operates today.
